In 2013 work was done to establish the future need for GPs

At that time projections estimated the need for 36-44k GPs by 2025

In 2015 5000 more were promised by the incoming Tory Govt by 2019 they increased this to 6000

GP really is in crisis. Like, properly properly at the point of many thinking of just closing the doors & giving up.

If you value your GP, you might want to ask your MP what they are doing about it…

Why do wrong-doing benefit claimants need special rather than general punishments? Why not same for tax dodgers? And when someone has been caught doing cash-in-hand shifts do you really want to make it impossible for them to find a proper job & get off benefits?
