My favorite store to go to in Chicago. Always found treasures to read and it has a great atmosphere. They support and run literacy programs in the city for young people and offer free books to children. If you're in Chicago ride over to Pilsen and check it out sometime

Remembering friends getting mad if you talked too loud while they're recording songs off of the radio. The quality was so bad but we'd still play the hell out of those tapes. Songs cutting off randomly, radio DJs cutting in, parents yelling about volume
