Yesterday, I met with a 12 year old boy in Oxnard, CA. His mom and dad have been fieldworkers for over 20 years.

ICE agents snatched his parents from the fields and left this boy alone with no clue when he’ll see them again.

A 6th grader.

Lutnick is, of course, a model of sycophantic ignorance in whom the Gods of Idiocy are well pleased. But wittingly or not, he expressed the essence of Trump 2.0 in all of its glittering hubris.

Lemme share something with you. A lot of semi-Trumpy types are saying Zelensky blew it. All he had to do was show up, shake hands, say Trump is great and sign the docs. He couldn't do that. But there are also people in DC who are not Trumpy who are saying the same thing. Now, big picture this ...

This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell.

This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.

Fired federal employees are telling their stories—no deep state, just career public servants tossed aside.

DOGE’s mass firings aren’t about efficiency—they’re gutting expertise, wrecking lives, and calling it “reform.”

None of this has anything to do with effectiveness, or “lethality,” or promoting “warfighters," or any other buzzwords. It is praetorianism, plain and simple, and it is an assault on our military and our democracy.

One thing that's hard to gauge: What is the line where four Senate Republicans would tell Trump no on something and *vote* that way. It hasn't happened yet. Whenever a potential decisive vote flirts with a defection, they have folded fast.
Their social media or hallway complaints aren't votes.
