Honestly the mentality of doing a job and specifying “this isn’t a job you do for the pay” is full on bullshit. Doesn’t matter the job, pay people a fucking livable wage. Teachers, flight attendants, etc, fucking pay people to survive in this shitty economy the Boomers left us with.
