This is extremely depressing.
Insane but true fact: making US roads as safe as Canadian, Australian, or European roads would save more lives than eliminating murder from the US.

This is just silly. There is not enough power or money to do this. It takes 5 years to build a single powerplant. We are not being serious right now.

I can’t quite put into words just how much I’ve enjoyed Hyrule Warriors: Age of Imprisonment.

Nintendo didn’t have to care about this story as much as they did. It’s a spinoff Warriors game; they could have half-assed it. But they didn’t, and they DELIVERED.

Great story, PHENOMENAL ending.

Hyrule Warriors Age of Imprisonment is most certainly my personal GOTY... Even though I knew how it was going to end, I still got emotional. 😢

This is saying a lot, because Donkey Kong Bananza was also an excellent game! But I think this one edges it out by a small margin.

Zelda bias... I know.

i think if you want to have those disgusting LED headlights on your car, you should have to do a test where they blast you point blank with your own headlights and then you have 15 seconds to successfully complete some sort of vision-based task, and if you can't do it they push your car off a cliff

I’m becoming increasingly convinced that the city’s Vision Zero strategy is just going to be a watered down public education campaign asking drivers to do the right thing for the millionth time
Between Monday and Wednesday, Indiana State Police reported nearly 100 crashes statewide, while IMPD logged at least 254 crashes in the city since Monday. Local highways have also seen multiple serious wrecks over the last week.

Indianapolis Police are urging drivers to use extra caution after two fatal crashes occurred in Indianapolis within about 48 hours.

We’ve also heard that VZTF members still have NOT YET SEEN the finalized Action Plan.

At this point the Action Plan will be FIVE months late. As we previously reported this delay meant NO DEDICATED FUNDING for Vision Zero efforts in the 2026 budget.

Nothing about this inspires confidence.

We’ve been hearing rumblings that the next Vision Zero Task Force meeting won’t be held until sometime in December — not before Thanksgiving as had previously been expected (though never confirmed).

The meeting is NOT expected to allow public comment nor review of the Action Plan before adoption.
