The photos in the datasets were overwhelmingly of women, including adult performers, influencers, and celebrities, but also women who are definitely not famous. Secret Desires removed the faceswap feature earlier this year, but the leak is a look at how people used it www.404media.co/ai-porn-secr...

What does it mean to be “Moderate” in the face of starving children? In the face of Fascism? in the face of the destruction of the White House both metaphorically and in dirt and stone? It means losing. It means losing America.

Somehow I think only @alinaisyou.bsky.social my be the only person equipped to see my vision on this
This might be the strangest thought I’ve had today and the strangest thing you’ll read (that isn’t current events):

I think Sabrina Carpenter could do an amazing cover of Placebo’s “Nancy Boy”. I think her musical style and cadence would fit perfectly.

I’ve been reading “Where Are Your Boys Tonight”, between that & my understanding of the early days of MP3s & the iPod, it’s clear to me we got very lucky that the people behind early digital music & social media actually cared about music.

This is just reporting. This is what headlines in the New York Times and your local paper should look like every day. The New Yorker should be publishing stuff like this, only with an umlaut thrown in occasionally for some fucken reason.

Only two more days of racist attacks on Mamdani’s campaign, and then, God willing, it will be time to pivot to corporate media’s steady barrage of racist attacks on his administration!

(Being a hopeful realist, here.)

(God willing actually he’ll do such a great job that it’ll spark Some Things…)

I’m heartbroken that my rabbinic colleagues are focused on Mamdani, while Jew-hatred that consumed the lives of synagogue goers has become official GOP — and government — policy.

Thanks to @theradr.bsky.social for encouraging me to submit this to The Forward.
Why are we so focused on Mamdani — not Nazi-inspired ideas proliferating on the right?
Jews are concerned about antisemitism amid Zohran Mamdani's mayoral run. They're concentrating on the wrong side of the political spectrum.

Unpopular Opinion:
AI exists because we refuse to tell people to accept obvious limitations. Not everyone can sing, write, draw, etc.

If we want to stop AI we need to be constructively critical of ppl who can’t sing, can’t write, can’t draw, etc.
