HELLO! those of us in recruiting KNOW they weren't doing it even though they hired us to do it.
This is a fact! I worked in Tech Recruiting for years and it is like pulling teeth to get hiring managers to give Black Engineers the same opportunities as other Engineers.
The tech industry was already pretty bad at recruiting black people to begin with. Making a public announcement they are ending DEI is about sending a message.
