Wanted my 100th half-marathon distance run to be special so I chose to run the scenic loop at Red Rock Canyon which is around 13 miles with a LOT of elevation gain/descent. Also set my HR Zone goal to keep me in Z3 or Z2. In a word this was a tough run (the day before I had ran 10miles). #running

Kicked off my binge watch of all 3 seasons of Roc. Really enjoyed this show as a kid, it was the anti-Cosby show, more serious while maintaining humor. Charles S. Dutton is a damn treasure.

Twitter pays people based on engagement (views, retweets, comments, etc). It appears that many MAGA accounts are based abroad and they use AI technology to generate low-effort rage bait.

Feel like I stopped watching most pro sports at the right time. Its just too hard and not fun to be a fan anymore. I'll still try to catch Golden Knights and Aces when they're on my local Vegas channels but the rest - meh.
