Unironically living 'Suburban Home' by Descendants
The Portage To San Cristobal of A.H.

It fucked me up. But asked the tough questions about justice and hatred in the face of evil.
performative reading, lack of reading skills, nobody's reading anymore -- NO!

tell me about a book that changed you

for me? the *extremely* ahistorical novel, THE AGONY AND THE ECSTASY which I read at 13 and was like, "Oh, art can be *everything* to a maker, for good and bad"

Still true 8 months later
If you think taxation is theft, and you don't believe your money should go to help other Americans 'involuntarily'
YOU should leave. The point of living in society is to help each other survive. Literally what a social contract is about. Don't like it? Go live in the woods and rely on yourself.

“The reason we face the worst is because it helps us imagine the best.” What a fantastic, hopeful read. Treat yourself to this, and then spread it around.
I wrote about the worst people in the world, charting the depths of their depravity and vastness of their incompetence, and offered some thoughts about the opportunity presented by their failure to acknowledge reality and their refusal to access any form of human virtue.

The messaging around 'egg prices' is not that we are mad that Trump hasn't done anything to change that. We know the president is limited in that regard. It's pushing people who voted for Trump to admit they never cared about the economy, only about harming minorities.

My expectations of Senator Schumer and Leader Jeffries today are as follows

1. Announce the immediately cancellation of all Elon Musk government contracts.

2. Announce to the American people no Democrats will attending this year's State of The Union Address.

Today gentleman let's get it done.

As a parent of two kids with special needs, I'm pretty damn excited to know that a racist billionaire who routinely uses the slur "r*tards" is destroying the federal department that's a bulwark for special education and support for disabled children.

Do you think Maslow would be mad about people turning his work into memes, or would he be happy that people are self-actualizing through creativity?

People seem to forget one of the biggest most popular lessons Jesus taught was about loving foreigners (exemplified by giving people and a place to live). The entire point of the lesson is to love and support people who don't look like us, believe like
us, and are not in our tribe.

Yes, this administration is dangerous and cruel, but they are also shockingly dim and incompetent.

Opportunities are everywhere.

Make everything as hard as possible. Resist every demand. Refuse entry without a warrant. Don’t take the buyout. Their problem solving skills are 📉

In 1988 you had to repeat three times for a Beetlejuice. Just four years later it was five times to get a Candyman. That's inflation for you.
