I know multiple people who passed COVID to vulnerable members of their family. In one case, their father died from it. I wouldn't want to live with something like that.
Plus taking as many precautions as possible means that IF you do get COVID - you have far lower odds of spreading it to someone else.
We don’t talk about the value of that enough. It’s disappointing to catch COVID - but we should take solace knowing chains of transmission stopped with us.

I know multiple people who passed COVID to vulnerable members of their family. In one case, their father died from it. I wouldn't want to live with something like that.

i'm sure new users have heard this ad nauseam by now, but bsky does not have an algorithm like twitter—it is *imperative* to curate your own bsky experience by following custom feeds & making your own if you wish
