Patel is basically admitting on camera that the FBI no longer adheres to the Attorney General Guidelines, which prohibits investigating U.S. persons based solely on First Amendment activity (including membership in a group).

Kennedy on a media tear to make it seem like he’s got widespread support. The anti-vaxx movement has been very very good at using social media to appear huge, when it has in fact been a small but vocal and well-organized minority with opinions way outside the mainstream. Unclear whether it’ll work.

Here's Trump's approval rating by issue. This month, we added "Crime and public safety" to the battery. it's one of Trump's better issues, but he's still underwater (-3) on it with 48% of adults opposed. Trump remains unpopular on every issue except border security, including deportations and trade.

There are 115,000 polling sites. Sending 1-2 agents to a polling site would leave the agents vulnerable. They’d send at least 8-12. Let’s say they go to only 10% of voting locations. ICE has 6,500 enforcement agents & want 10K more this year
