Let's report this in terms of what Silver -- who ultimately decides the WNBA's position -- is saying.

The men of the NBA deserve a percentage of the NBA's revenue so their pay goes up as league revenue goes up.

Silver thinks the women don't deserve the same deal.

It looks like Democrats in both chambers are using every delay tactic they have to little fanfare here.
This hearing has surpassed 18 hours. Dems are still testifying and offering amendments.

A bit ago, Rep. Shontel Brown (D-Ohio) offered an amendment to strike an insane work req provision apparently in the bill: it lowers the age of a "dependent child" from 18 to 7 years old.
