Kristi Noem funneled $220 million in taxpayer money to a firm tied to her inner circle. No-bid contract. Hidden companies. Personal + political connections. THIS DEMANDS AN INVESTIGATION.

#CancelSpotify.

Delete the app. Don't use it. They are proudly promoting ICE ads, and the CEO is just a trash human being.

Make an example of one company. All they worship is money. The color green trumps all others.

The money being spent on Trump’s ego parade could feed every single homeless veteran in America for more than four months.
Scoop: Rocket launchers, missiles to be featured in Trump's Army parade
President Trump has envisioned the June 14 parade — which is scheduled on his 79th birthday — as a show of U.S. military might.

kind of just endlessly sad and grieving that there are so few voices in the public sphere making the basic principled argument that immigration is an affirmative good in every way and the best way for this country to serve humanity is to welcome people who want or need to leave their homes

This is HUGE.

For those wondering why due process is essential for EVERYONE. This is why!
Cato has published my comprehensive review of the ~240 Venezuelans the US government renditioned 2 months ago to Salvador’s notorious prison. We identified FIFTY who came legally, never violated any immigration law, but are imprisoned at the US government’s request and at US taxpayer expense.

66,000 tons of food are rotting away in USAID warehouses thanks to Trump and DOGE.

That's enough food to feed more than a million people in the world's poorest countries for three months — including over 480,000 kids.

In what world is starving children "efficient"?

EVERY Member of Congress should be demanding an end to Israel’s forced starvation of over a million children in Gaza, for food and medical aid to be allowed in, and for a permanent ceasefire.

Thank you to @welch.senate.gov and these Senators taking a stand.

Thanks to DOGE’s spending freezes:

-EPA labs have halted critical research
-Social Security staffers are rationing paper and can’t pay translators
-NOAA has lost internet and phone services
-National Park workers can’t buy medicine for visitors or rangers’ horses

Reminder: when Sean Duffy was a congressman, he and other Republicans voted against upgrading air traffic control systems.

Now, he’s trying to blame those systems for Newark airport’s outages – while claiming DOGE’s cuts of critical support staff at the FAA had nothing to do with it.

If the U.S. government is going to take the position that, once removed from the United States, folks can’t be brought back, then it sure seems to me that federal courts should be reflexively and categorically barring *all* removals until they’re 100 percent certain that the removals are lawful.

The more coverage a story gets, the more important readers think it is.

So it matters when the NYT inflates flimsy Dem ‘scandals’ while downplaying real, criminal ones from Trump and Republicans. It’s not just bad judgment — it shapes public perception.
