Wish these judges would hold the people that actually kidnapped her be charged with contempt & jailed. Maybe then you would have some of these people thinking twice about doing these illegal activities. Their higher ups will not be held, so start with the lower operators.

She should not be sent to Louisiana to begin with. It is basically to ensure that she can’t file a Habeas. So, the malintent to deny due process is present from the beginning. They cld have taken her to Plymouth and allowed her to contact her lawyer.

The issue is that an attorney did file Habeus last night in Boston. However, if Rumeysa was already in transit, jurisdiction would be unclear. Ultimately, the court in Boston has to spend the next few weeks determining jurisdiction instead of the actual damn merits of the case.
