More later, perhaps in a column, but Marjorie Taylor Greene, like so many loons who have coat-tailed Trump, feeds off the attention economy. She’s betting the attention is going to shift from “Trump is amazing” to “Trump has failed us,” and she’s putting herself on the leading edge of that wave.

If People is covering this, it means they think it's a topic their readership cares about. It is breaking through.
This is the kind of coverage you want voters to see when they’re in line at the grocery checkout. 🤡

Dem Election Day numbers are looking healthy in NJ. The GOP will not be able to win through turnout. Their only hope will be through persuassion with IND/Dem voters.

On the street, it's got a dozen names. Some call 'em White Devils. Simple, classic. Some cats call 'em The Levelers, 'cause they take you from a 10 on the pain scale down to a zero. Smooths you right out. You call it Tylenol. I call it death.

Seattle has a housing problem. Let’s fix it. It won’t be easy but if we can give Joseph a heart transplant, I am confident we can house him. Also, our systems don’t work as well. Also, they’re about to be gutted by the BBB. Seattle, we have work to do. #seattle

I think this is a really good way to make sense of the race.
Think of it like this: the City Attorney is the boss of the law firm that represents the City of Seattle.

These people think they’re at the end of a story — that they ARE the end of a story — and they are wrong. More than that: the story is changing around us all the time, in the ways that people who think they will always have the power to write it cannot even begin to anticipate.

Washington, D.C., has a population roughly equivalent to Alaska's.

And it has zero senators. If D.C. had senators, the GOP megablil bill would have failed today.

Instead, Murkowski got carve-outs and money for Alaska, and then voted to subject DC to the bill

Bove: "I don't recall."

Padilla: "Ballpark?"

Bove: "No, I don't recall."

Padilla: "1,500 people."

Non-violent protest requires preparation, practice, and discipline. It’s not passive. It’s not easy. And it sometimes means breaking the law or being mistreated by the police.

I’m Rory O’Sullivan. I’m running for Seattle City Attorney. I won’t prosecute peaceful protesters.

It's about democracy and protecting voters, frankly....
If Rory O’Sullivan is elected Seattle City Attorney, he will remove the affidavit of Judge Pooja Vaddadi that current attorney Ann Davidson put in place.

Have a question you’d like Rory to answer about his campaign, the role of the City Attorney, or the state of Seattle, share it below.
