It whips that a bunch of resources and intelligentsia has been pumped into pushing “abundance” a politically specific term that people don’t actually generally understand in a partisan or ideological context any more than they did Latinx, while someone just campaigned on “how bout u afford things”

This, in particular, is spectacularly hideous. It's like something you'd see on the wall of a car dealership where they put pictures of their top salespeople every month

Trump’s Chicago Invasion continues. Our tax dollars at work: terrorizing our neighbors and attacking our businesses.
NEWS: Federal agents crashed with woman’s car, pointed guns at her, dragged her out by legs, tossed her in a minivan, held her and (eventually) let her go without charges. This as Chicagoans say the immigration blitz is out of control. (DHS blames her.)

If you’re going to the food drop off at ETHS, the traffic right now is gridlocked. You’re best off walking or biking, because you’ll get there faster. It took us over half an hour from Dodge and Dempster.
We're seeing a massive turnout at the mutual aid event at ETHS today. Please join us until 4pm at 1600 Dodge Ave in Evanston, and if you do swing by, we are in need of cardboard boxes!

@chrislhayes.bsky.social You should camp out in Chicago and start broadcasting live from the war zone here. MSNBC could call it “Chicago Under Siege” or “Trump’s War on Americans”. The more people see of this, the more unpopular it’ll be.
