There is value in asking big questions about Alberta’s future and doing so in a way that brings people together. However, the “Alberta Accord” and “Alberta Next Panel” are likely to do the opposite.

For the past few months, I've had the distinct privilege of being part of a local production of 'The Play that Goes Wrong'. It was a huge time commitment but also one of the most rewarding things I've ever done.

I lived in California for a few years after high school, and I arrived in the days after 9/11. What I saw then was a country and people who were deeply wounded, but pulled together in ways I wasn't always used to seeing in Canada. It was inspiring and remained a key part of how I viewed the USA.
