Settings > Keyboard > Slide to Type (Turn off).

Same. I am beyond disappointed with his stance on trans issues. It’s slimy to vote for someone who would be willing to take away rights from trans people. This should be easy. Stand with trans people on their rights. If you tell me that sports is a problem than you haven’t done enough research.
I will never, ever vote for Gavin Newsom. Ever, under any circumstances. I don't care if he becomes the Dem nominee, he's still not getting my vote.
On a recent podcast Gavin Newsom tells Shawn Ryan how the Trans sports issue opened the door for him to change his mind on GAC for Trans Youth.
As someone who adored him since 2004 and voted for him 5 times, I can't wait for him to leave office.
There is no way I will be voting for him a 6th time.

We deal with so much blatant transphobia that comes from a pretty narrow part of the population but is blown up to look like the “majority”. There is no mandate. Trans people will always exist and we will overcome this and thrive.

Totally THIS! The moderate position isn’t to say that being “gender critical” and “just asking questions” are serious positions. If you feel hurt by that, maybe ask yourself if you truly feel trans people are people. We want nothing from you, we want to exist as we are and live normally.
Also, how is "leave trans people alone and let them live their lives as they have for decades" not the "moderate" position here? Whenever people call for "moderating" on trans issues, they're calling for actively oppressing trans people, actively restricting trans lives.
