Our current health care system is not designed to provide quality care to all people.

It is designed to make huge profits for insurance & drug companies.

In that sense, the system is working very well.

But it is not working for the average American.

We need Medicare for All.

I sincerely don’t know why people aren’t physically stopping those dorks. Move shit. Lock doors. Lose the keys. Everyone switch seats. Turn off all the lights. Switch the signs on the elevator lobby. Make the settings all silly. Use a different language. Wear costumes. Fill rooms with balloons

As we remember Dr. Martin Luther King Jr, we renew our pledge to keep his dream alive.

Dr. King devoted his life to others, reminding us "human progress is neither automatic nor inevitable. Every step toward the goal of justice requires sacrifice, suffering, + struggle."

Let's work for justice.

I know it must seem that predation by cats is “natural,” but in the context of the natural world, it is not. Domestic cats are an introduced species, and birds did not evolve to understand how to evade them. Keeping cats indoors or on a leash is safest for everybody.
Domestic #cats take an unfathomable toll on #birds, killing ~2.4 billion annually in the USA alone.

This year, help birds by taking the pledge to keep your cat indoors! 🏠 Keeping cats indoors protects birds while also leading to a longer, healthier life for your beloved pet. 😻 bit.ly/4afVhTD
