#secretsantaAonz I would like my Secret Santa to know that I love cooking and I have a one year old dog (Sammie). I really need a tea strainer. I could use some other utensils for cooking or bowls. Sammie loves squeeky toys or some nice treats to chew on.
But in the end it’s the surprise

thespinoff.co.nz/politics/20-... as said lots of times it is not the helmets, it is the designated bike lanes that will help get people on bikes. Just look at the countries that put that in place.
David Seymour was right to question our compulsory helmet laws
There’s little evidence our mandatory cycle laws improve overall safety, and quite a bit of evidence suggesting they’re doing more harm than good.

@thomasnash.bsky.social last week the buses were okay but this week it’s terrible. Yesterday the nr 1 from Island Bay from 6:20 am was canceled and today the 6:00 am and the 6:20 are canceled. Really disappointing again

@thomasnash.bsky.social two days in a raw the nr 1 at 6.23 am hasn’t shown up. So a lot of people have to wait in the cold as it’s not like there’s an alternative. Really disappointing.
