Assault with a bread-ly weapon.

As the assailant retreated from the assault and buttery, he thought to himself "I better jambon outta here! I really hope the cops don't banh mi from seeing my family and friends. The American justice system is a real grinder for a po'boy like me, but the world needs a hero right now."

Without getting into the generic vs. unique issue, it speaks to the American ethos of taking advantage of space. Frank Lloyd Wright spoke to this with his advocacy for every-house-on-an-acre type sprawl. I imagine large generic homes are easier/cheaper to produce to fulfill this spiritual demand
I waste a lot of time browsing Zillow and don't understand the American preference for larger generic home (3k - 10k sq feet) instead of smaller home with beautiful architecture (1.5 - 3k sq feet)

This one is going to come home to roost for my alma mater. Plus, I’m almost entirely certain she wouldn’t even consider hiring any CUA Law students for a clerkship…

I love a train and this ad fucks. but, I'd also like to see trains more like the ones used in Europe, e.g., Trenitalia.

see, e.g., recent Tempe train crash protests in Athens
I get the sense that a lot of people see protesting as cringe because they don't understand what it accomplishes, and I get that... to them, I say: just go. Experience what it feels like to be part of a Very Large Crowd of your fellow citizens. That feeling has radical political implications.

Clair Obscur has been a remarkable experience so far and it's rekindled my interest in turn-based RPGs. So much so that I want to go back and play some of the titles I've missed over the past 20 years (last turn-based RPG I played was FF XII).

if all these security trainings we’ve had to do at work have taught us anything, it’s that if Kristi Noem asks some DHS employee to hold the door for her at HQ because she “forgot her ID”, don’t! You might unwittingly lead to a hack of our democracy and civil rights.
