My Republican State Representative, Jeff Farnan, voted to sign away earned sick time after it passed by nearly 58%. He doesn’t care about the will of Missouri voters.

BREAKING | As we predicted, Republican Gov. "Marionette" Mike Kehoe is handing over control of Missouri's congressional maps to Washington D.C. elites in service of his ultimate master.

This isn't over.

AAAAAAND, it's gone. | Yeah, folks. Even though Missouri voters passed Proposition A by a big margin (57%), the Republican politicians of this state decided they don't work for Missourians, but for corporations.

HE SAID WHAT? | We would prefer .... not that. 🫤

Governor Mike, we need Missouri values in D.C., -- not the other way around.

You know, ... the values we voted on last November, ... the ones y'all overturned.

UM... what? | Wondering if this guy even remembers which "Eric" is in the U.S. Senate.

Thanks for removing Andrew Bailey from our borders, btw. BY FAR the best "deportation."

Only 23 Republican extremists supported the idea. The rest held fast that all of #Missouri should be represented in D.C., not just those who vote Republican.

The road to authoritarianism is littered with people telling you you’re overreacting.
Breaking News: President Trump said he was taking control of the police in Washington, D.C., and deploying 800 National Guard troops there in response to “out of control” crime — even though violent crime in the city has fallen. Follow live updates. nyti.ms/3H9yVcu

State Rep. David Tyson Smith, D-Columbia, warned Missourians about the dangerous Republican plan to initiate a redraw of the state's congressional district map.

"Our republic is on the brink and I ask all of us to stand up and fight. There is no tomorrow," Smith said.

This was a complete and total betrayal of the working families of Missouri. It also represents a further deterioration and weakening of our state's democracy.

The Republican conference must be removed from the majority. The people of Missouri must decide whether and how this betrayal is answered.
The Republican Governor of Missouri just repealed a paid sick leave ballot measure that got almost 60% support and would have benefited 728,000 private-sector workers. Unimaginably undemocratic, craven, and corrupt.

"Right-wing populism" at work.

MO House Republicans are attempting to gaslight citizens into believing their anti-abortion, anti-democratic resolution is for the "safety of women."

Missourians ALREADY decided this. Republicans can't accept that so they imposing their own will.
