The irony is not lost on me that they chose the name Put Missouri First, to protect a gerrymandered map from Washington DC, that our own republican lawmakers would not disclose the author of while in session.

Not to mention they are trying to literally silence the voices of Missourians.

Missouri Republican lawmakers have been trying for years to ruin our initiative petition and they continue to do so. My opponent is one of them and has introduced legislation to do so several times.

We could do this next year in #Missouri. We are only 3 seats away from breaking the Republican supermajority in the House
Democrats flip two seats in deep red Mississippi, break GOP supermajority
The outcome in Mississippi adds to a national pattern in which Democrats are making legislative gains in red states.

Some people call me radical because I want people to have housing, food, education and healthcare.

But I think intentionally withholding food assistance from your own citizens bc you want to cut their healthcare to further enrich the billionaires sounds like the radical idea

Springfield is the only city in Greene County to pose a question on the November ballot. Therefore the city has to cover the entire cost of the election (estimated >$277,000).

Voter turnout is estimated to be roughly 5% so we better show up today and make it worthwhile ⬇️

Did you know:

Every dollar the federal gov spends on SNAP benefits generates $1.50-$1.80 in economic activity.

SNAP benefits only made up about 1.5% of government spending in 2024.

My best friend’s father who is an 81-year-old Vietnam Vet with a history of voting Republican, joined us this Saturday for his very first protest.

These are the moments I cherish the most during this crazy time. We are all a lot more alike than different.

“Denny Hoskins is required to write fair and impartial language,” Nicholson said. “But instead, he is reinforcing all the concerns people had when the legislature passed the law, that a bad-faith politician could use it to waste the people’s time and resources.”

One of my favorite things about the demonstrations yesterday is that today my feeds are FULL of happiness, joy and love. Let’s have more of this as we move forward.

No matter who you voted for, or if you didn’t vote at all, I am running to help improve the lives of all Missourians.

Affordable healthcare, housing, childcare, groceries…. These are priorities I believe we all have, and I will work tirelessly to make those (and more) a reality when I am elected.

That massive capital gains tax cut for the wealthy this session will not help this situation.

MO needs new leadership that will work to remedy this issue, not one that seeks to continuously provide cuts to the top while the rest of the state loses access to vital programs our tax dollars fund.

Today is my campaign kickoff! Though I never quit campaigning after the last election, it is time to go into hyperdrive once again so we can flip this seat…
October 6, 2025 at 11:52 AM
It's time to move Missouri forward.

✔️Fully funded public schools
✔️ Accessible & affordable healthcare
✔️ A fair tax system that doesn't favor those on top
✔️ A legislature that respects the will of the voters

We can make it happen if we elect enough of the right people who want to get it done.

There’s a lot going on out there! Here is a great and simple explanation of which #Missouri initiative petition is which ⬇️
I’ve received a lot of questions recently from people overwhelmed and confused by the different initiatives circulating petitions for the 2026 ballot. I know it can be difficult to keep track, so I threw together a rough guide to the four major statewide campaigns to help us all stay on track!
