I hope most people in the UK realise how unbelievably lucky they are to have the NHS. It may be chronically underfunded and its staff struggling to care for patients. But just imagine not being able to afford a doctor for your children.

Farage says he wants to replace your NHS with health insurance

But that's the raison d'être of the far right.

They want to remove all protections from oridnary people such as human rights so the rich have no obstacles to profiteering.

They would use any issue that was effective in conning ordinary people into giving up those rights

They've chosen Immigration
Parasitic political class seems to have evolved over much of the West, especially on the right
They may not realise he’s taking their hard-earned money, living the high-life and laughing at them. As, of course, is Farage.

Went to buy honey from the supermarket today. Shocked to fins all own brands, and even Rose honey, is actually produced in China and labelled not for sale in the EU. From China! Why? Just why? Managed to find a Welsh honey, but dismayed at the state of UK food. Brexit benefits, eh? 😡

The problem isn’t refugees on boats. The problem is oligarchs hoarding obscene amounts of wealth while most people fight to stay afloat.

Wages aren't tied to inflation, so the working class keeps falling behind no matter how hard they work.

Mapping Israel's influence on the UK parliament. 🔍

"Two names stand out: Conservative Friends of Israel (CFI) and Labour Friends of Israel (LFI)...

CFI claims 80% of Tory MPs as members. It’s funded 118 current Conservative MPs on 160 trips, spending over £330,000."

Is the BBC Reform UK's mouthpiece? Yup.

"Researchers at Cardiff University have produced a detailed analysis of every episode of the BBC’s flagship Question Time programme broadcast between September 2014 and July 2023 to see if the broadcaster was balancing political viewpoints."

Nigel Farage and Reform have consistently voted against the Employment Rights Bill which introduces key worker protections like statutory sick pay from day one and a ban on zero-hours contracts - is that a party you would want to trust with your human rights?
On Tuesday Nigel Farage will publish his proposals for mass deportations, Prison camps, leaving the European Convention on Human Rights & scrapping the Human Rights Act, quitting the Refugee Convention and the UN Convention against Torture - is that a country we want?

Farage is the biggest threat our NHS has ever faced.

He wants to replace it with a US-style insurance system.

Most bankruptcies in the US are for unpaid medical bills – of people WITH medical insurance.

What happens to those without medical insurance?

You don't want to know.
Nigel Farage is on record saying he wants to get rid of our NHS & replace it with an insurance based private system.

Our NHS must be protected at all costs!

Cutting "red tape" (aka public protections), as Reeves is doing, does not save money. Instead, it transfers costs from the rich to the poor. Other people pay for financial recklessness, filthy rivers, air pollution, lax building standards and consumer rip-offs.

Exactly this. This is what Streeting's doing with the "extra investment" in the NHS.
He's giving it straight to the profiteers.
So when a Government talks about increasing public spending on healthcare, how much of our tax-payers money ends up as profits for overseas 'investors'? When 'investing' means 'buying', 'owning', restructuring to pay as little UK tax as possible and shedding jobs to maximise their profit?

What is populism? It's suggesting it's possible to reopen outdated blast furnaces, power them with the wrong sort of the coal & waste a £500m investment in modern, cleaner electric arc furnaces that can use the scrap metal (British scrap metal!) we too often export.

So, Wes Streeting, private health firms have given you shedloads of money without expecting anything in return and it’s only a coincidence that you want more un-evidence-based, expensive NHS privatisation?

FFS, Labour, after 14 years of Tory lies, people deserve better than this.
Wes Streeting.

The conflict of interest is off-the-scale.

What the f**k is Starmer and Labour playing at?

Evidence shows NHS privatisation is 1) more expensive, and 2) has worse outcomes for patients.

Also, voters have never given their permission.
