I really dislike when "a set sold extremely well" is taken as equivalent to "most Magic players liked that set". When it comes to sets like Final Fantasy, we must consider how much of the sold product was bought from people that had no intention of using it to play the game.

btw it's really bad that Starting Town is $34 and Vivi is $50 when they come from the most opened set of all time. The fact that there's a $600 standard deck is really messed up
