have found out I can’t even begin to describe how bad the last year has been. I’ve been stuck in bed recovering from surgery and trying to write about the last year and it’s just impossible. Which feels like its own failure. Easily top three worst years. Maybe #1 based on volume

a friend was very kind and reached out to see how I’m doing with everything going on. I don’t know if it’s from even briefly talking about things or the past few months finally catching up with me, but I’m feeling the darkness. Perfect time to be restarting Prozac……..

I don’t know why but on Monday night I started getting increasingly paranoid my dog was going to die at the vet on Tuesday. It was this supernatural feeling, like a premonition. I felt truly delusional, but I couldn’t shake it. I felt like I was going to cause it somehow, just by going. Awful
