In less depressing news: The Lazarus Project is really good! And it’s leaving Netflix at the end of this month. It’s starts off a bit British-corny, but it gets serious and there’s a lot of good sci-fi thoughtfulness in there.

I didn’t know about board maintenance until recently. Make board butter (2 parts mineral oil to 1 part beeswax) and rub it into your cutting boards. You’ll be shocked at by how thirsty they are!
