Unexpectedly did a session this morning because one of the psychologists is ill and it went well! Yeah! Go me.
(I have regular individual sessions now and somehow I am still amazed everytime they go well despite no evidence to suggest they wont)

Maybe people wouldn't get so mad at health insurance companies if we accurately described how they work. Paying premiums doesn't buy you care, it buys you the opportunity to pay an unknown amount for care in the future. Hmm ok that may make people more mad actually

I've been researching vagal nerve theory for one of the psychologists at work and went down the rabbit hole of its relationship to autism and I can't help but feel an ick about it? Really just feels like another way to pathologise autism so far.
