Every time I hear a politician say that an issue is “dividing” this country they always then come down on the side of the right wing view of it. Just once I’d love to hear someone say “this issue is divisive, which is why I’m making the argument that kindness and compassion is important”

Rule of working at a publisher's: when picking a random example to make a point about e.g. publication process,it always turns out to be about genitals or horrid skin condition.Not a medical publisher? Doesn't matter - somewhere in your content lurk genitals and rashes waiting for their moment.

Tbh, I've been pretty willing to give Starmer the benefit of doubt in many things, but this is the last straw. These are violent thugs. Their nationality and religious and cultural background are completely irrelevant, and the Labour jump to the right-wing bandwagon is disgusting.
