The universe has its plans for us. We're still here for a reason. Let's live well so Death will tremble to take us. Don't take each day or people for granted. Don't waste your time on idiot people. Live your life to be happy in whatever makes you happy. Wear sunscreen.
Have good days all 🖤

Hi, my name is Suella Braverman. I was a minister in the government that broke Britain. I am so furious that I was a part of breaking Britain that I want you to vote for me to fix the f ups I made because it had nothing to do with me whatsoever.

Privatisation:

Steal from us something we own.

Sell us back an inferior service at a higher price.

What’s not to like?

In addition to the Post Office, there is the railways, water, electricity, gas, the NHS, public services…
Cost of Privatisation

Royal Mail letters sit undelivered 'for weeks', parcels prioritised

RM doesn't meet letter delivery targets. Urgent letters missed. Fines passed to customers

Profiteering:
Price Now: Ist class stamp £1.70; 2nd class 87p.
When privatised in 2013: 1st class 60p; 2nd class 50p.
Royal Mail staff tell BBC letters sit undelivered as firm prioritises parcels
Staff and customers tell the BBC prioritising parcels can mean missed NHS appointments and late payment fines.

The 5th Round Draw for the FA Cup Final. I'm excited to see Wrexham v Chelsea. That should be a cracking match. I can see Wrexham causing an upset ...

So here's a Giant Wotsit next to a 10p coin for scale - they're giant. They taste like Flaming Hot Monster Munch. Very tasty imo 😋
And to answer @theresa-c.bsky.social 's question ... as you can see, I can fit four Giant Wotsits in my mouth!
Can you do better?! 😆

I appreciate this is my third profile pic today but I fancied a change & I've had a mare! I'm not having a breakdown.
The first one looked really orange because I asked my phone to "enhance me", the second one you could see part of my door number reflected in my sunglasses (!!!) & this one, well...

Well now, would you look at that?

A massive study of NEARLY 300,000 people in the United States found that receiving an updated 2024-2025 mRNA COVID-19 vaccine REDUCED people’s risk of SEVERE disease AND death in ALL age groups, REGARDLESS of immunity from prior infection or vaccination.

BBC headline utterly failing. ‘The saga of a £165m rail line that keeps causing travel chaos’

It’s not the rail line that “keeps causing travel chaos” its the shifting climate with more prolonged and intense rainfall and more frequent storms leading to landslips and the sea wall being washed out.

That feeling you've wet yourself when you're going through a scan to remind you that you're a woman of a certain age ...
Reader, I did *not* wet myself. It's just a warm feeling you get down there that feels like you've wet yourself when you go for a CT scan & they use that dye. Nothing exciting 😌

Something perhaps not mentioned enough about the digitised world is how much it encourages us to be more ruthless, untrusting people. I refuse to acquiesce to that. I refuse to change my default mode from thinking the best of people until they prove otherwise. I will not submit to the icy nastiness.
