Honored to receive the Sjöberg Prize in Sweden today and inspired by Bengt Sjöberg, a successful industrialist who, after cancer diagnosis, invested his fortune in research, recognizing that cures start in the lab. He made this a global prize, a rare stance amid growing isolationism.
