the HORSES affair is a startlingly low bar to cross to see if people actually care about protecting games from censorship of upsetting themes because it's far tamer and has way more moral clarity than a lot of stuff that doesn't get banned. but it's also very clarifying to see who can't cross it

i would quit my job and dedicate my entire life to playing and writing a review for every PS1 game ever released, released across 92 paperbacl volumes for $13 each. I would perish before its completion at roughly volume 70 and it would be remembered as a bizarre and unnecessary project.
