The fact that everything around us is burning to the ground & some people still have no clue that they voted for the arsonist or are complicit in the arson is absolutely mind boggling.

Right now it’s really hard to keep the noise / news from causing swirl in my head. Listening to this album loud is a great way to stay present like the yoga teacher tells you to (which I fail at).
