This is incendiary stuff from the ombudsman. Effectively, govt doesn't give a tinkers cuss what happens to welfare recipients via 'jobs providers'.

Anyway, Reddit was helpful. Mods have got on top of it now but we will never properly address rape culture if men who grew up with a huge amount of privilege and status owing to their association with a kind of masculinity that is idolised, can remain anonymous when they commit crimes against women.
