I still love how Shin Godzilla and Shin Ultraman are like postmodern deconstructions of concepts and then he goes on to Shin Kamen Rider and is just like "yeah no kamen rider just fucking rules"

The Wikipedia app has a bug that occasionally causes an article to be displayed with the cover image from your previous search.

I hope they never fix it.

Sonic 3 was pretty good, even for someone who thinks Sonic ended on the Genesis.

Also finally got to try Dolby Cinema. The screen is a little better than chain specific formats like XD but at the end of the day it's for films you waited for, not films you saw because you were bored.

Drake just signed a legal document acknowledging "Not Like Us" did him great harm.

Is this not the biggest defeat in hip-hop history?

I know lots of people will remember Tony Todd for Candyman, but I just want to remember his turn as Jake Sisko in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine episode “The Visitor.” His performance as a man who wanted nothing more than to have his father back was moving and tragic. youtu.be/AkhipDIMXmY?...

I can't think of anything more annoying than re-branding AI and then refusing to ever refer to it as AI.

While I enjoy the work he did on TV for a lot of years, I unfollowed Adam Sessler like a week ago and I'm not surprised he disappeared melting down. He was beginning to sound like he was ready to renounce America if it brought him likes from Israeli hardliners.

As much as I'd love to contribute to hastening the death of Twitter, Bluesky is unlikely to replace it for the reasons I expected, because the "silence brand" folks are trying to scare away big business and keep it a micro version of Livejournal.

Pokémon “fans” mad about Palworld and trying to special summon IP attorneys to the field.

True Pokemon fans who play a fan made simulator of the game’s battle systems to practice competitive team strats, and share “fakemon” of their own designs for years before Palworld.

One thing I'm surprised more people don't recognize is that one of the Beatles classics is just them doing a Weird Al Yankovic on a band that they were tired of being compared to.
That whole Acapella style backing on a rock album sounds corny, especially since a good number of the time they sound like sheep (baa baa baa, Barbara Ann).

Even the damn Beatles dunked on them at the time. Back In The USSR is supposed to be California Girls from the Mirror Universe.
