Interesting. Didn't feel like it in IMAX, none of the film felt overly digital at all.
but it ended up looking digital anyway…
Guillermo del Toro refused to use VFX for the ship in 'Frankenstein' so they built one from scratch ⚓️

"The ship is a character ... I didn't want the audience to go, 'Oh, this is all digital' ... once you introduce that, it's like a license for people not to believe things"

Sanders: Let’s be clear… If this vote succeeds, over 20 million Americans are going to see at least a doubling in their premiums… if resolution is passed tonight, we are on a path way to throw 15 million Americans off of medicaid and the affordable care act, 15 million.

Vote out @kaine.senate.gov !!!
This sucks dude. EVEN if Thune isn’t lying to you about the vote, the House won’t hold a vote.

You got nothing, and just proved to the public that the shutdown was your fault.

And you proved to Republicans that they can weaponize hunger. You negotiated with terrorists

agreeing to make a terrible deal while your main opponent is quite literally being boo'd on live tv by an entire stadium of people is the kind of political instinct you'd normally only find in a 3 week old dead goldfish

An agreement to agree to do a later vote is NOT an enforceable contract so what in the actual hell are Americans getting out of this deal??

The question now is, will they be able to control their numbers and maintain this stance when it comes to vote time.

Fuck your vote. Way to blow it, dude.

I'm going to give up on American politics completely if the Dems open the government by selling out the ACA. Voters could not have been clearer last week. They want people to fight for us, not collaborate and surrender. Every single D who votes for this is a coward.

Caving on a deal that doesn’t fix health care is, and always has been, a giant betrayal of the American people.

Hold the line. Save health care. I’m a NO on anything that doesn’t extend ACA subsidies.

Dems: Cause doing nothing is our jobs!!
If Republicans want to talk about long-term fixes to ACA affordability, Democrats are ready.

But in the meantime, doing nothing is derelict. People will go bankrupt, people will lose insurance, and people will get sicker.

Republicans cannot continue doing nothing.

They might not be able to get to their phones for a call, but their social teams sure has shit will see our posts...fuck calling your senator, give um hell for the next hour online!!
Schumer pulling this late Sunday night when constituents can’t really contact their reps (leave a voicemail if you can I guess) or assemble a protest is the only game of chess this shithead is playing. NYC help us and primary him and Jeffries’ asses.
Sounds like the squishes in the senate caucus are ready to pull the plug with no ACA changes. This is real. If you want to register your opinion you shld call yr senator in the next hour. They not only want to reopen w/nothing. They want cover from their colleagues who still want to hold out.
