I feel like what publishers took away from Baldur’s Gate’s success is that every game needs to have like 5000 hours of content, instead of the much more valuable takeaway imo: you need to let players have sex with a demon lady and a man who turns into a bear

honestly crazy to me that wizards never bothered to get another Shandralar (MTG 97) made. it was two decades ahead of the curve on roguelike deckbuilders AND there's so many more sets and worlds to explore now! where is my MTG RPG damnit!!!

I've been playing in a new commander pod recently and I have yet to win a game I think partially because it's with new players and don't want to go to hard but the gathering is so good. It's crazy how good magic is at just giving me an excuse to hang.
