I teased this and here it is. Very “red” fish. Instead of top deck manipulation this one is based on aggressive attack and reversing the aggression with Split Second that can’t be responded to. I’m working on finalizing a new fishy shared library variant I call Red Hot Seizoned Fish, but it is probably just easier to call it “Red Herring.” It feels very “red” the way Dandan feels very “blue.”

I’ll mention, though it took time and it may or may not have been pressure from the community that made it happen, I DID hear from Wizards of the Coast yesterday. The person I spoke to was very nice and apologetic and I have no doubt they will see to it that I have access to getting a Secret Lair.

I want to say thank you to everyone who is supporting me and acknowledging my little contribution to this game that has been a part of my life for over 30 years. I am glad I was able to put a little, but long lasting stamp on the game. That’s what really matters to me.

I’ve not seen the full Dandan Secret Lair. I don’t really care if I get credit or anything from it. Rhystic Studies and informed players know its origins. I just hope I’ll be able to own a copy of the official release and not have them sell out to scalpers and stuff like I’ve heard can be a problem.
