Watching the world end from the bank of the big river. Following the people putting up a fight, messy Americana music & the art that moves me

Honestly a Whig-style wipeout and transfer of the base to a new party sounds more likely to succeed at this point. Only way to deal with seniority schemes and donors.

Somehow they could crowdsource a new party when mail was delivered by pony but we can't now?

Renascence. When fog open to reveal mighty mountains surrounded by a forest and waterfalls in autumn…

Day 11 in the BlueSky world 🌎 Aurora, looking west at a wobbly Ashness Jetty, Derwentwater, Lake District,UK at 3.45am in May 2024. What was incredible it was getting light - secondly was in the west (also south earlier than evening). Unforgettable. #aurora #nikon #photography #landscapephotography

And one more of a snowy road and bright sky! This was a really fun night south of Fairbanks, Alaska! I took this one on a relatively quiet night where the northern lights just kind of went crazy out of nowhere! #auroraborealis #northernlights #alaska #aurora #nature #photography

The peaks of Cerro Paine Grande, towering 2.6 km above, are enveloped in burst of red that was able to break through dense cloud cover. A spectacular, yet brief moment, so typical of Patagonia. 📷

Apparently people are doing sing-alongs to songs at screenings of Wicked. I find that so annoying when it happens. I remember one time I went to a movie revival and everyone was singing-along to Singing In The Rain. It ruined A Clockwork Orange for me.
