Trying to unplug from the news for a bit... Seriously overwhelmed. The world feels upside down and my brain/body is in freeze/fight/flight survival mode. It's hard to take a step back when wanting to take action. But have to engage in self care more so I can give what I want to give...

This is alarming. This man has no business being in charge of our public health. I've said since day one, he's one of the most dangerous people in this regime: an ideologue, a eugenicist, a crackpot, and he's killing people.

Why do so many feel like they've fallen behind?
It's not because of immigrants, trans people, DEI, the “deep state,” or any other bogeyman trotted out by the GOP.
It's because big corporations and billionaires have rigged markets and siphoned off most of the economy's gains.
