We’re in court to preserve the evidence in Alex Pretti’s case, and we’re still fighting to get access to Renee Good’s files too. The feds locked state investigators out before, and we won’t let that happen again. Minnesota deserves a case we can trust, with all the facts on the table.

Who’s next?

One demotion cannot detract from accountability.

Greg Bovino and Trump’s agents must still be held responsible for the killings and the damage they’ve done to America.

It's time for a taller, fresher-faced museum of uncorrected personality traits to head up the political brutalization of perceived Administration enemies.
BREAKING Greg Bovino has been removed as Border Patrol "commander at large" and will return to El Centro Calif, where he is expected to retire soon. A stunning turnaround after Pretti killing. Bovino's traveling blue city crackdown is over www.theatlantic.com/politics/202...

Let's be clear.

Democrats would vote now to keep nearly everything open.

But Republicans are taking the government hostage to block reforms like: "stop deporting citizens."

They're going to shut down the government to protect ICE's ability to deport citizens?

The execution of Alex Pretti is playing so badly because you can look at his actions and life story - his last act was helping, boy scout, athlete, health care worker to veterans - and compare those to the men who killed him and know which you would want to be your son, brother, father, uncle.

Carter floats a hypothetical of an anti-gun admin deploying 3,000-4,000 masked federal agents engaging in pervasive, illegal conduct.

Under the crime-fighting banner, the gov't says: "If you just legislate, get rid of your carry statute, we'll go away."

It's been 2 days since the killing of Alex Pretti & this Admin continues to lie about what we all saw on video.

1. ICE and CBP leave Minneapolis and stops terrorizing American cities;

2. We get a full, independent investigation into the killings;

3. No more detaining and deporting U.S. Citizens;

4. The masks come off;

5. The mass arrest quotas and warrantless arrests end.

Alex Pretti was already restrained when federal agents shot and killed him in Minneapolis, a New York Times analysis of video shows. The footage contradicts the Department of Homeland Security’s account of the shooting.

A moment-by-moment analysis of video from the scene shows that Mr. Pretti was already restrained when fatal shots were fired, which appears to contradict the federal government’s account of the event.
