A black Nissan Rogue, TN plate 3 PD 3046, Davidson County, bumped me while I was riding my bike on Charlotte Ave today, near 28th in Nashville. I was not injured or knocked off my bike, but he drove close enough to hit my elbow. TN law says to give bikes 3 feet of room when passing.

Hi, if you’re a reporter or editor in Nashville(doesn’t apply to all y’all) that’s going to publish a story on The Boring Company’s proposed tunnel, before you go to print please call me and I can give you comment or provide an expert to speak to before you just basically print TBC’s presentations.

This is nuts.
How is it that the richest man on earth can share this kind of openly white supremacist and misogynistic trash and it be met with a shrug by the entire US elite?

This was a really good, detailed and informative discussion about how useless, reckless and inane this project is.
What are Elon Musk’s Tesla Tunnels like? How do they work? And more importantly, how might they impact Nashville while they’re being built? Dayvid Figler, host of City Cast Las Vegas, joins us on the pod today to tell us what to expect … and what to watch out for. Here or wherever you get your pods:

Sigh. There’s no such thing as the “Nashville Council.” I know we’ve had approximately 438,399 Metro reporters since @joeygarrison.bsky.social decamped to the USA Today but you think an editor would have caught this.

His video is appalling to impugn fact checkers like that. He could use all the tools if he actually cared and X is now a toxic waste dump. One thing is true: Fact checking does not work on a platform that cannot be sued and has been built to advantage the liars.
"We're going to get rid of fact-checkers and replace them with community notes, similar to X, starting in the U.S," Mark Zuckerberg announces

He asserts that "the fact-checkers have just been too politically biased, and have destroyed more trust than they've created, especially in the U.S."
