It's been 1 year after i nearly got pernabent nerve damage in my arm, which affected the feeling, strength and movement of my hand. Now i feel way better, my hand and arm are still limited tho.
Saying this to let you know how important it is to take breaks and stretch.

It's been 1 year after i nearly got pernabent nerve damage in my arm, which affected the feeling, strength and movement of my hand. Now i feel way better, my hand and arm are still limited tho.
