Bowling Alone has been the most eye opening book I’ve read. In short: we used to do stuff now we don’t. It’s a horror story disguised an academic work.

There was a VP that the production workers called FIGJAM (short for Fuck I’m Good Just Ask Me) that the whole plant hated. When he got canned, the whole engineering team shared a round of gin our boss had been saving in his desk just for that occasion.

Wes Durham is a consummate professional and sounds just like an ACC play-by-play guy should. That he’s paired with Addazio on a broadcast is a crying shame, that dude is dumb as rocks.
