Pan-seared Halibut seasoned with sea salt, pepper, smoked paprika + lemon juice. Seared in a hot skillet 4 minutes per side. Applying pressure with a metal spatula making sure every part of it sears evenly. Rest for 1 minute before serving with sweet potato + zucchini fries .... #dinner #halibut
