A question for tariff knowledgeable folks. Didn't trump sign the CUSMA trade agreement with Canada and Mexico? Don't tariffs violate the terms of the agreement? Has anybody heard mention of CUSMA in any article, report, or interview about tariffs? Feels like I'm missing something.
