Here's my selection of the 25 Bluesky posts that most impressed me this year. They're quite varied, but doesn't that reflect the thriving, harmonious site this really is? Yes. It does. They've been anonymised anyway, who cares?

Started following @oldenoughtosay.com today and now I'm concerned we're only a couple of wet weekends and/or extended droughts away from every English cathedral bar one falling over.
Westminster Abbey (and Houses of Parliament) are actually built on an island IN the Thames and then we just built roads over the bit of water and then buildings on top of that and now the whole thing looks solid but god forbid the Thames Barrier fails
While we’re on the subject, I take is Westminster Abbey is completely safe? I mean, not built in a swamp, or at the outer limits of what arches can do, or anything? (Asking for a friend who works nearby).
