We all saw this abuse of power coming. Multiple prosecutors (even Trump appointed ones) tried to stop the administration from making this mistake because there’s no case.

I spent last weekend in Toronto. In my 20+ years of visiting, I have never seen the level of Canadian patriotism (often explicitly anti-US) on display. I know most Americans don’t care, but it’s just so sad & stupid that we severed what was a truly remarkable international friendship for no reason.
