I tend to make my stock picks based on doing the opposite of the stupidest thing I hear on CNBC that morning.
I can't say that wasn't at least part of the math, that it looked like Ellison was managing to stay on the good list. Mostly it's that people were whining about Oracle's debt load when... I mean, most of the AI companies are literally just piles of IOUs to VCs that don't have a business model yet.

Never mind the out of context post, the below picture has me wondering: did any of you manage to get Killing Joke wallpaper border in YOUR suburban bedroom in the 1980s? God damn. That was a large poster sacrificed to do that (don't get me wrong, as much as I hate this fucking movie, I approve).
OHHHHH this is why I hate it when people fuck with aspect ratios, man. God damn it.

I figure the idea that I should actually know how to play a piano is something like the idea that I should know how to frame a house because I own a reciprocating saw.
For me, it is always, 100% "make a few nonbad sounds" first. I am perfectly happy to learn three notes on an instrument if they are the three notes I want to play that day. I am good at that.
