As a bookish kid, I admired the Supreme Court for having the character to unanimously come out against segregation in the 1950s, when no other branch of our government would have had that courage.
So it saddens me to see it lose its way and endorse judging people for the color of their skin today.

I just figured out a purpose for AI. Create a video of the Porky Pig voiced Ben Shapiro discussing the attempted repeal of Obamacare with wet-fart voiced RFKjr. Alternately cut in Porky and your favorite lizard. It is so clear in my head.

This leads to the hardest question, for me at least, in all of theology, “Why does god hate us?” On one side is the most extreme pretzel logic and on the other the simple explanation that it was all bullshit made up to keep people in line and maintain the status quo.

I think one of the factors that keeps wages low is the same thing that lets your grandma think that a loaf of bread cost a quarter. It is a sort of inertia of the brain. It used to be true. it’s the same thing that makes me think I’m barely out of high school. I’m on Medicare.
